After Satya took over as CEO at Microsoft, he made it clear that one of the ways he was going to affect change, was by shifting the internal culture at the company. As content was developed around the new cultural attributes, we rolled out quarter-by-quarter communications and installations around campus to help employees internalize this shift, and make it real.


We worked on the last two of the attributes, around diversity and inclusion, and making a difference. We took a very reductionist approach to simplify concepts down to the most important messages in the most clear and direct ways.
